Nazar was wonderful to work with. We had a sewage back up that led us to discover tree roots in our sewage pipes. Nazar and his team took care of everything from the permits to submitting the city of Toronto rebate for the instillation of a back water valve. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and discussing various options with us. They were on time, did an exceptionally dirty job (breaking through our cement basement floor, laying new pipes, carting away the old pipes and laying a new floor) in an exceptionally clean way. The work site was clean every day, there was minimal dust. Despite the fact that we had 4-6 workmen in and out of the house for a number of days the house was left clean. They laid tarp on our floors and carpets and hung plastic to enclose themselves and protect our belongings. We will likely need to replace pipe outside the house a few years down the road and we will definitely be calling Canadian Rooter again. All of this was done quickly, once the job was scheduled it was done and completed. The Team Lead answered all my questions on any given day/part of the job.

I had water backing up into my toilet and bathtub at 6 AM and knew that whatever was happening was beyond my plumbing skill. Reviews on Homestars helped to find the right company. I left a message with Canadian Rooter and received a call-back within 15 minutes. Explaining my problem, Walter said he would have Mike come out by 9 AM. Mike arrived promptly and proceeded to diagnose my problem. My drain pipes were clay and had roots . After reviewing options I followed Mikes recommendation to replace my old drain system and upgrade it to new plastic sewer line with back water valve. Mike was great! He answered my myriad of questions regarding the project .He also provided a lot of helpful maintenance advice to prevent various plumbing issues in the future. Mike was prompt, helpful, courteous, and I got a good price. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will be calling Canadian Rooter

We contacted Canadian Rooter to fix the water seeping in our front cold room and to install a back water valve. We worked with Mike and he provided us with a detailed quote and broke it down by project so we were able to pick and chose what we wanted to get done. The team was professional, on time and left the basement cleaner than before they started working. We used Canadian Rooter in the past for an emergency situation and were very happy with their service and workmanship. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Nobody wants a basement sewer backup problem, right? We had one about a month ago and called Canadian Rooter. Mike came out to take a look and his experience and knowledge were impressive. He found the source of the problem and recommended fixing the pipe as well as installing a back water valve. Everything got done in less than a week, with top service from Mike. Totally recommend these guys.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Naz for an estimate to prevent future back up in my basement. He explained the process and necessity of having a back water valve. The workers were very polite, quick and tidy. The supervisor would check in throughout the day to ensure we were happy. Thank you for the peace of mind.
